South West Coast Path - Tide Times

Getting the tide times correct is very important, particularly when walking the South West Coast Path, as some ferries do not run at low water, and at other places you need low water to wade across rivers.

Key Places
Newquay to Crantock – Low water to wade the Gannel, high water seasonal ferry.
Gillian Creek, near Helford – Low water to wade, high water seasonal ferry.
Mothercombe – Wading a low tide
